At NiiHAi, we want you to feel confident in your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all NiiHAi labels are attached and the products are in pristine condition.

  Ship the Parcel

  Print your generated return label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
